Do you know which banks allow you to open an account without a deposit?

I want too open a paypal account today or tomorrow. I need a bank account asap.

DianeJ 		Good question.

Most Internet-based financial institutions allow you to open a bank account with no deposit required. The major online banks are ING, HSBC, and Ally.

TomMoody 		There isn't a bank in the world that will allow you to open an account with no money.

Sorry. That's just not how banks operate.

SamirAhmed 		You need to have a deposit to open a bank account. The whole point of an account, from their perspective, is to loan your money to others and make a profit off it. If there is no money, there is no profit, and therefore they will tell you no account.
