Can a Financial Adviser and Real Estate agent benefit from networking together to build there business?

I've had success in networking with a tax accountant and loan consultant. But I've been wondering how can working with a real estate agent help me grow my business. I have many clients that ask me for referrals to R.E. agents but how could an agent help me, Thus, making it a successful networking relationship?
